Jean Dasso began his artistical career with a clear desire to gather different sounds and rhythms from all around the world. If his first EP “Transborda” (Frente Bolivarista, 2017) was more focused on Latin-American vibes, he launches the next year a single that will lead him to a bigger audience. “Miniyamba” (Shika Shika, 2018) performed with Mina Shankha and Hajna, quickly reached millions of streams and interest from national radio broadcasts, propelling him to the next level. He's now identified as one of the spearheads of this global electronic scene, alongside artists as Nicola Cruz, Chancha Via Circuito, or El Buho. The reason why he went to present his work on many stages and festivals around the world, in diverse areas such as Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, USA, Canada, and of course Europe and Marseille where he lives.
